Intuitive Docs (IXD) Overview Slide Show

This Slide Show illustrates the key screens & functions in IXD. With CRM, Scheduling, File Management, Customisable ProForma-based Correspondence and Exporter-branded-Stationery, Status Colour flagging, Customer portal...and much more... IXD is designed specifically for Export Documentation Professionals. Manage EDNs, RFPs, PRA's, Banks, Shipping Lines, Packers, Consignees.

Contracts

Contracts shows a Date range of Contracts by status. The default number of days before and after today can be set by a host admin account A heat-mapped overview of all orders under an individual contract for standard points along the documentation process. Red = Urgent Yellow = Moderate Green = Yes (Done) Blue = some green but others not touched. White = not touched.

Orders

Orders shows a Date range of Orders by status. Orders are shown by selected Staff Assignment. Automatically the logged-in user is entered in the popup menu. Red = Urgent Yellow = Moderate Green = Yes (Done) Blue = some green but others not touched. White = not touched.

Tools provides : • keyword searches of Orders & Contracts or People & Contacts • A Glossary of Export Terms • Links for reading XML from EDISOFT

Activity

Activities are Individual work assignment – Customer-Service To-Do lists... which are generated overnight based on "iDates" for each contract. Each Team member has their own Activites as per the "Staff Assignment" to contracts. Automatically a staff member assigned to an exporter will be added to their contracts. Activites begin being auto-added once an ETD has been entered.

IXD Opening Activity

Action triggering links based on ProFormas generated overnight as they become due. Each activity is linked to a 'Bubble" associated with the specific task. A coloured flag signifies the urgency of the activity. Red is urgent and yellow is moderate and will go green when completed and disappear from the Pending list. It is possible to show Complete and Cancelled Activites from the activity status popup menu. It is also possible to select another staff member to view their assignments or to view all.

Correspondence

Correspondence will appear here. This is fairly basic at this stage but a starting point. Correspondence can be added to match a specific "Bubble" or generically.

Notes

Notes will appear here. This is fairly basic at this stage but a starting point. Notes can be added to match a specific "Bubble" or generically.

IXD Alarms

Alarms for Ad hoc To DOs will appear here. This is fairly basic at this stage but a starting point. Alarms can be added to match a specific "Bubble" or generically.

Shipping Schedule
